What’s your return policy? 

We love the products we offer, but, if something just isn’t for you, we have a return policy that is easy. Purchases made online can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. We do not accept returns on Last Call items or items that have less than 75% of the original volume. Partial refunds are not offered.

How do I return an item?

To initiate a return, please send an email to [email protected] Shipping charges incurred for returning any items will be the responsibility of the customer. All returns will need be sent to our location in Minnesota: 8015 Corcoran Trail W., Hamel, MN 55340.

What if I was sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged? 

If you received the wrong item or an item is missing, broken or damaged please contact [email protected] Please include a photo of the damaged or broken item.

When can I expect my refund? 

When returning an item, please allow up to 15 days for for us to receive and process your refund. You will receive an email notification letting you know your refund has been processed.

Can I cancel or change my order? 

Once the order has been placed, we cannot cancel or edit the order in any way. We cannot add or delete items from the order nor can we change the address entered at the time of order placement.

How long before my order will ship? 

All in-stock orders will be processed within 24 hours of placement Monday- Friday 1:00 pm CST. If you place an order after 1:00 pm CST on a Friday, your order will fulfilled on that following Monday.

What if an item I ordered is on back order? 

If we cannot fulfill your order completely, we will email you to let you know that certain item(s) are on backorder. Your credit card will be refunded for the back-ordered item(s), and recharged when the item is ready to ship.

What shipping company do you use? 

Orders are shipped via US Postal Service using Priority Mail.

How much does shipping cost? 

Shipping varies according to the size of the box required. We use flat rate Priority Mail service. As you move through the checkout process, you’ll see the amount added to your cart, which you can review before you pay.

Where do you ship? 

We ship within the United States including Hawaii and Alaska. We cannot ship internationally.

Where is my order? 

Once a package has been shipped, you will receive an email notification.

What forms of payment do you accept? 

We accept credit and debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept international credit cards.

Do you offer discounts or other promotions?

We may offer discounts and other promotions from time to time, so be sure to sign up for emails to receive notifications!

Our promotions are limited time only and cannot be applied to past orders.

All marked down merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned.

Can you send me samples to try? 

We love samples!!! And we know you do, too. However, we do not have sample sizes at this time. We are working on them, and will make them available as soon as we can!

Do you offer gift cards? 

Yes, we do! We offer digital cards that can be used online.

Does Diamonds in the Dirt recycle beauty products? 

Yes, we do & we are working on a recycle/return program so we can reuse glass containers. More to come on that soon!
